Coverage follows the specific product series. Registered installs are documented on the owner and merchant warranty cards.

Paint protection film

Coverage

QOD covers manufacturing defects on paint protection film such as degumming, cracking, blistering and delaminating. The warranty period follows the specific product series.

What is not covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage from outside forces, including rock or road-debris impact, chemical abuse (harsh cleaners and solvents), thermal shock, misuse, collision, accidental damage, air-conditioner water, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, paint overspray or similar.

Product care

  1. 01Avoid high-speed driving for 3 days after installation.
  2. 02Avoid washing the vehicle for 7 days so the adhesive can bond.
  3. 03Do not use a pressure washer near film edges — it can lift or damage the film.
  4. 04Acid rain, air-conditioning water, acidic or alkaline liquids and light scratches are not covered. Contact us immediately if exposed.
  5. 05Professional detailing twice a year is recommended.

Window film

Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the window film, including bubbling, cracking, peeling, fading, discoloration, delamination or adhesive failure under normal use and proper installation. The period varies by series and specification.

What is not covered

It does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, impact, scratches, sharp objects, chemical abuse, thermal shock, extreme heat, fire, flooding or modifications after installation.

Product care

  1. 01Do not open or close treated windows for 48–72 hours after installation.
  2. 02Do not wash or clean the glass for at least 5 days, especially in direct sun or hot weather.
  3. 03Avoid sharp tools, blades or abrasive materials on the film.
  4. 04Clean only with a soft microfiber cloth and a non-ammonia cleaner.
  5. 05Minor scratches, chemical damage and misuse are not covered.
  6. 06Inspect and maintain the film regularly for best performance.

Ceramic coating durability is stated on each product — Premium H12+ is specified for up to 7 years. To register an install or ask about a claim, contact the team.
